Volunteering with WDCS
Volunteering is a great way to get involved and support WDCS. Our volunteers help to provide a range of roles in our office, wildlife centre and around the UK. We have a number of opportunities available and are looking for a diverse range of people to fill various roles. Depending on your interests and skills, we can make sure that you find the right volunteering opportunity to suit you.
There is no such thing as a `typical’ volunteer, and through volunteering we can promise that you will meet many interesting people from all walks of life. Whatever your personal motivations and goals, we are confident we can help you to fulfill your aspirations for volunteering through good quality training, excellent support and the opportunity to make a difference to the lives of whales, dolphins and porpoises.
We keep in touch with all our volunteers via our regular volunteer news, emails and over the phone. We also try to hold the occasional get-together to enable volunteers to get to know us and one another better.
If you are interested in helping WDCS by becoming a volunteer, we ask you to complete an application form.
