Fellow supporters share what inspired them to consider WDCS in their Will

Humpback whaleWDCS Members, Ralph and Brenda, have always had an interest in natural history and until their recent retirement guided bird watching and wildlife tours around the world.

A talk given by conservationist, Mark Carwardine, in 1996 inspired them to book their first whale watching trip and they’ve been hooked ever since!

So great is their enthusiasm that Ralph and Brenda have re-written their Wills to include WDCS as a beneficiary. ‘We’ve had a huge amount of fun and enjoyment over the years’ Ralph continues, ‘and as naturalists we’ve tried to inspire and communicate our passions. We felt that by leaving money to WDCS, with its good scientific background and authoritative strength in research and understanding, we could help ensure that the inspiration continues. WDCS are the best.’

If you have already included a gift to WDCS in your Will, please do let us know so that we can acknowledge your kind support – please be assured that any information you give to us will be treated in the strictest of confidence.
