Increase your support to WDCS with no extra cost to yourself – open a CAF Charity Account.
If you’re looking for a way to give regularly that’s easy, flexible, and tax efficient then look no further.
The CAF Charity Account has been designed to let you set aside money for charity on a regular basis – and it gives you the flexibility to change which charities benefit from your generosity, whenever you want. You can fund your account by Direct Debit, credit card or cheque and, provided you are a UK tax payer, CAF will reclaim the basic rate of tax each time you fund your account with a Gift Aid donation. The Gift Aid is then added to your account so you have even more to donate to your favourite causes, such as WDCS.
As well as using it to support WDCS you can also use your Account to:
- regularly support your favourite charities.
- Let the funds in your Account build up, for example to make ad hoc spontaneous donations to WDCS.
- Make your donations anonymously if you wish.
- Use your Account to pay for a number of charity memberships and subscriptions, such as adopt a dolphin.
What’s more, for every Charity Account that is opened, WDCS will receive a £25 donation. All you have to do is quote ‘WDCS’ when you apply by phone or by post, or alternatively choose ‘WDCS’ from the ‘How did you hear about us’ box if you’re applying online. For those of you who donate more than £1000 during the first 12 months, WDCS will receive an extra donation of £100. That’s potentially £125 for WDCS for every Account opened.
