Bath Half Marathon - Sunday 15th March 2009

Bath half logo The Bath Half Marathon is one of the longest established and most popular city centre road events in the UK.

The course is fast and flat making it suitable for all abilities – for beginners whose key objective is to complete the course, to more regular long distance runners looking to beat their personal best time. The race starts and finishes in Great Pulteney Street, in the heart of the World Heritage City of Bath.

There are 15,000 public places up for grabs, and they are normally all gone by the end of November so you need to register ASAP!

To find out more about this event go to: www.bathhalfmarathon.co.uk.

We would be delighted to welcome you to Team WDCS once you have registered for your place! We will provide a fundraising pack, help you create and use your own online-fundraising page, and help you to promote what you are doing locally. We will also supply a personalised running T-shirt or vest, and healthy snacks for on the day.

We would also love to hear from you if you have already secured a place for the Bath Half Marathon, and would like to fundraise for us!

Please contact Mandie at events@wdcs.org or call 01249 449552 once you have registered or for further information.
