Dolphin and Seal Centre, North Kessock
Hello!
I'm very pleased to announce that the WDCS Dolphin and Seal Centre in North Kessock is re-open for this year's summer season! Last year was the first year that WDCS ran the Dolphin and Seal Centre and I'm pleased to say it was a busy summer with lots of visitors (despite the awful weather!) and an array of interesting sightings. So far this year (we opened on Sunday) we've had some great otter and common seal sightings from the window! Charlie Phillips (Adopt a Dolphin Field Officer) has also been in touch from Chanonry Point where there have been some great Bottlenose Dolphin sightings - there are a group of approx. 14 around at the moment, including our very own 'Sundance' 'Rainbow' and 'Nevis'!
I hope to see lots more visitors this year and of course lots of wildlife too!

to WDCS,
I adopt the dolphin called Rainbow. In 2007 I went to Chanonry point, but i was dissapointed to see no-dolphins.The next day I went on a boat trip around the lake at Chanonary point and i was exited to see the bottlenose dolphins. The work that you (WDCS) have done is outstanding and very generous, and i have to congratulate you.
Yours delightfully,
Miss C.Tsiouka
I met Derek Woodward at Channory Point in June. I asked him whether it was a good idea to come in September to see the Dolphins there, he told me to contact you. I need to book a B & B so it would be great if you could let me know. I have been going up there for 3 years now, but only in June.
Hello Suzanne,
September can be a lovely month with nice weather, less crowds than the summer and still good dolphin sightings. I would give it a go - get in touch nearer the time and I'll let you know how the sightings are doing.
Best Wishes,
Charlie.
