How to get a deal - exlude any critics, - oh and the public

Author - CEO

I just had a dream, it was a dream where I thought the IWC had forgotten that it was publicly accountable and thought it could exclude all of the rest of the world.

Who wants those pesky people from NGOs that represent millions of people who actually care about whales and those nosy press types that actually report on who is paying one's hotel bills and what one has said.

No democracy needed here. Whaling is corrupt and it seems it needs a corrupt process to achieve it.

But maybe its just a bad dream and the IWC would not be so stupid to do such a thing.
