    I would like to bring to your attention the proposed Navy sonar testing that will be occurring in the only known North Atlantic Right Whale calving ground.

    In the Supreme Court case, filed by the NRDC, regarding sonar off the coast of California, the Navy cited their 'take' as 170,000 marine creatures, specifically 566 deep diving whales. Whether or not the NA Right Whales fall into the deep diving category, there are under 400 left of them on the planet thanks to our behavior.

    Any attention that can be brought to this issue would be greatly appreciated.
