    Well said Erich. Europe is lagging behind other regions of the world, and it is important that they take a strong step forward, especially with the recent news that Tokelau - a tiny island with an even smaller government - has seen the way clear to declare all of its waters as a whale sanctuary. Sure, that’s not quite an MPA, but the resources of Tokelau pale in comparison to anywhere in Europe. Let’s cross our collective fingers for something in the near future
